- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Goods - Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) for Hospitals. The Royal Government of Bhutan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Responsive COVID-19 Vaccines for Recovery Project under the “Asia Pacific Vaccine Access Facility”, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. 2. The Implementing Agency (IA), Ministry of Health (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for “Supply and Delivery” of Mobile Medical Units [MMU] for Hospitals (28 nos.) as per delivery Schedule. 3. Open competitive bidding (OCB): International Advertising will be conducted in accordance with ADB-s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document. Successful completion as main supplier within the last five (5) years of at least two (2) years contracts each valued at USD 1.5 million with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply) Pay a non-refundable fee of Nu. 5,000.00 by cash/ draft between 09:00 hours and 17:00 hours (local time) on any working day until 14 December 2023 Deadline: 15 December 2023 at 10:30 AM Bhutan Time
